The administrator is the first member of a team. He creates the team and therefore has the rights to manage the team and the content for the entire team. He also has the power to assign and revoke administrator rights to team members, but can never have his admin rights revoked by designated administrators. In addition, the administrator decides which members can join the team and thus also controls the pricing for the team. The admin who creates the team is also charged the costs for the entire team (the members who join in addition to the admin do not pay through their own accounts; the admin pays per user who joins and therefore also has the power to allow new users to join and remove them again). The administrator also creates and manages content for the entire team. Administrators create new components, labels and locations that the entire team can then use in the lead survey. Administrators have all the functions that normal members have.

The members are all users who join a team and are not granted admin rights by the original administrator. These member accounts have intuitive and straightforward access to the functions of entering new leads using a digital form created by the admin. Members must request access to a team and be admitted by an admin before they are granted full access to their account.

1. Installation: After installing Rainconnect through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, open the app. At this point, you should not have an account. Then select the "Create an account" button and indicate that you want to be an admin.
2. Enter account details: On the following screen, enter your personal information that is important for setup and later use (first name, last name, email, password, company, job title). Then click "Next".
3. Confirm email address: Confirm your email address with the code that was sent to you. If the code is correct, click "Next".
4. Add organization data: As an administrator, you now need to enter some data about your organization, such as the logo and the name of the organization. Here you can also invite members to use the app in your team. You can continue this step later when you are ready, click "Next".
5. Configure important functions: Here you can set important functions for later use. This step is optional and more information about locations, components and labels can be found in other FAQs.

Locations and events are essential elements in Rainconnect that are defined in advance by an administrator. They represent the locations and events where leads can be collected. Users can select from a list of existing events and locations before adding a new lead. This function helps to filter for leads that were collected at a specific location after an event or trade fair has taken place. This significantly simplifies the post-processing and evaluation of lead generation. Administrators set locations as part of the initial account setup or later via the 'Location Setup' tab.

Custom Components are custom elements such as dropdown menus, multiple choice questions or text fields that administrators create in Rainconnect to customize their lead forms. They are designed to make data collection more precise and ensure that all information collected during lead capture is relevant and well prepared for follow-up. Here are some examples of what Custom Components can look like:

• Dropdown: 'Site Size' with options like 1 - 1000 m², 1000 - 2000 m², over 2000 m².
• Multiple choice: 'Next steps' with options such as send brochure, call, send email.
• Text field: 'What does the customer think of our product?' allows open answers.

Labels are used in Rainconnect to group leads into broad categories, making it easier to organize and find leads later. Users have flexibility in choosing labels, but there are best practices, such as:

• Industry distinction: for example metal industry, wood industry, handicrafts.
• Relationship differentiation: such as supplier, customer, prospective customer, existing customer.
• Size distinction: for example, startup, small, medium, large, corporation.

These labels help make data analysis and follow-up more precise and effective. Ultimately, you are free to define your own labels to meet the needs of your business.

Joining a team in Rainconnect as a member takes just a few steps:

1. After you receive a team code from the administrator of the organization you want to join, you can request to join.
2. The administrator will be notified of your request to join and must accept it.

Rainconnect charges for product purchase and platform access, with a tiered pricing structure for different user numbers and additional modules. Here is an overview:

• Product Purchase and Platform Access: It is recommended to purchase products through the web dashboard as it is cheaper compared to in-app purchase.
• Trial period: There is a 14-day trial period during which the subscription can be canceled at any time.
• Price structure:
  • First user (team creator): In-app 25,99€ / month, In-dashboard 19,99€ / month
  • Next 4 team members: In-App 25,99€ / month, In-Dashboard 19,99€ / month

Rainconnect takes data protection seriously and ensures compliance with the GDPR through the following measures:

• Care & security: Data is only collected when necessary and is protected by technical and organizational measures.
• Data storage: Data is only stored for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose.
• Data security: Measures are taken to protect data from unauthorized access and misuse.
• Your rights: You have the right to information, correction, deletion and objection to the processing of your data.
• Processing contracts with third parties: Only GDPR-compliant service providers are commissioned to process data.

2. Create a digital trade show sheet: Navigate to the 'Components' section and create the required components for your sheet, such as text fields, drop-down menus or multiple-choice questions that correspond to your current paper sheet.
3. Adjust layout: Arrange the components you create to reflect the structure of your sheet of paper.
4. Testing: Test the digital form internally to ensure that all information can be captured correctly.
5. Release: Release the digital trade show form to your team so that it can be used at the next event.

To enter into an NDA or DPA with Rainconnect, follow these steps:

1. Contact us: Visit the Rainconnect website and navigate to the Legal section.
2. Fill out the form: Fill out the form provided to request a contract.
3. Discuss contract details: A Rainconnect representative will contact you to clarify the details and prepare the contract.
4. Signature: After the final approval, the contract is presented digitally for signature.

If you would like to request that Rainconnect delete your data, the process is as follows:

1. Application: Request the deletion of your data using the appropriate form, which you can find on the Data Protection page.
2. Withdrawal period: After submitting your request, you have 30 days to object to the deletion of your data. In this case, send a specific request by email to helpdesk@rainconnect.de to keep your data intact.
3. Deletion: If no objection is received, your data will be irrevocably deleted 30 days after your request.

Your data is stored and managed at Rainconnect as follows:

• Data storage: Rainconnect uses a SQL Postgres database hosted by a third party on Amazon AWS servers in Frankfurt.
• Data security: Data is securely managed using row level security and encryption methods.
